Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting/exceeding daily targets
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and store KPIs
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation processes
- Act as brand ambassador by maintaining company standards in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven retail or B2B sales experience
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and point-of-sale technology
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for occasional client visits)
