Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold-calling to generate high-quality leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific business needs.
- Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of leads using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows to expand professional network.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
