Qualifications
- 1+ years of luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising sense
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (required for occasional store transfers)
