Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system and handle returns or exchanges.
- Build rapport with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay informed about new product arrivals, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
