Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product knowledge to drive sales.
- Process sales transactions efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store appearance and organization to meet brand standards.
- Upsell products and suggest add-ons to maximize average transaction value.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.
- Familiarity with POS systems and technology is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
