Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and relationship building
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving/exceeding daily/weekly targets
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium brand presentation
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management and stockroom operations
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special events to enhance customer engagement
Qualifications
- 1+ years of luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising sensibility
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
