Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a top-tier shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems while minimizing errors.
- Stay informed about product inventory, features, and promotions to provide accurate recommendations.
- Operate store equipment, including registers, fitting rooms, and safety scanners.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance, organization, and cleanliness standards.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to maximize revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with smartphones and basic computer applications.
