Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based selling
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining brand standards
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle returns/exchanges
- Execute visual merchandising plans to maintain attractive product displays
- Participate in inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
- Stay updated on product knowledge and emerging tech trends to advise customers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a commission-based environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, inventory software)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (may be required for store errands)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
