Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Drive store revenue by actively promoting products and achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing merchandise, restocking inventory, and ensuring displays are eye-catching.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store operates smoothly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Proficiency with technology and basic computer operations.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- A valid California ID or driver's license is required.
