Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily/monthly targets
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling store displays
- Manage inventory control including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized shopping environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and sales calculations
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, inventory software)
- Keen fashion sense with ability to learn product knowledge quickly
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
