Responsibilities
- Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, providing personalized shopping assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and handle returns
- Maintain store presentation through stocking, folding, and visual merchandising
- Actively recommend products and upsell to meet/exceed sales targets
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness throughout the sales floor
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – full training provided!
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
