Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, demonstrating a deep knowledge of our inventory and fashion trends.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, processing sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and quickly.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by restocking merchandise and ensuring proper product presentation.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals and store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as part of the retail schedule.
