Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-volume sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual merchandising aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail technology
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly valued
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
