Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling procedures
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Build client relationships through personalized styling and follow-up services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide performance goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-end retail or luxury sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and basic inventory software
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
