Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register using POS systems.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain a visually appealing store layout.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are fresh and well-presented.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with confidence and care.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required (we train the right attitude).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
