Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to meet customer demand.
- Assist in merchandise display and visual merchandising to attract customers.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
