Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise displays to maintain an attractive and inviting store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
- Cross-train in multiple departments to support team flexibility.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS technology.
