Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to determine their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work ethic.
- Fluency in English is required.
