Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash and digital transactions
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays and stock levels
- Process returns, exchanges, and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years retail experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising aptitude
