Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and style consultations
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays that reflect New Orleans' vibrant culture
- Actively drive sales through upselling techniques and loyalty program enrollment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special event activations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience preferred; strong customer service background essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale technology

- Strong attention to detail in cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
