Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to drive sales conversions
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create immersive brand experiences
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to maximize average transaction value
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation procedures
- Train on new product lines and seasonal collections weekly
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience required
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Expert knowledge of current fashion trends and brands
- Proficiency in POS systems (Shopify/POS Pro preferred)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/evenings
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for store errands
