What You Will Do
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment and driving sales through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations to meet their needs.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing according to company standards.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, including handling returns and exchanges.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and maintaining accurate merchandise displays.
- Customer Loyalty: Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and following up on purchases.
- Team Collaboration: Support team members during peak hours and contribute to a positive store culture.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
