Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales solutions
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily/weekly targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Visual merchandising: create compelling displays and maintain store presentation standards
- Inventory management: receive, stock, and track merchandise with precision
- Team collaboration: support colleagues during peak hours and share product knowledge
- Customer retention: build relationships through follow-up and loyalty program engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
