Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, fitting assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual/team sales targets
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, window displays, and in-store promotions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Support inventory management through receiving, stocking, and inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational excellence
- Participate in seasonal campaigns and promotional events to maximize customer engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven sales track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with customer-first mindset
- Strong product knowledge and ability to quickly learn new merchandise categories
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management
