Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Proven track record developing quantum algorithms (e.g., Shor's, Grover's) on real quantum hardware
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid systems and quantum machine learning
