Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through cold calling and digital outreach to identify business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to meet customer needs and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Participate in daily sales training sessions to sharpen skills and stay ahead of market trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets and earn uncapped commissions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
