Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Welcome customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to drive sales.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, process transactions efficiently, and resolve any customer complaints with a positive attitude.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas according to company standards.
- Sales Targets: Actively work towards and exceed individual and team sales goals to qualify for quarterly and annual bonuses.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all product features, benefits, and promotions to educate customers effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and store management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead Generation: Collect customer feedback and contact information to support future marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
