Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and memorable first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs, offering expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, handling various payment methods.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Build rapport with regular customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
