Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise

- Analyze sales data to identify upsell opportunities and inventory trends

Qualifications
- 3+ years proven sales experience in premium retail or B2B environments
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable
