Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a world-class shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively listening to customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing payments and managing returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional events to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs dictate.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile devices.
