Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to increase average transaction value and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute marketing initiatives and promotional events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory for high-potential candidates.
