Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads within the assigned territory.
- Qualify leads and engage prospects through persuasive communication to determine their needs.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM to track activity and forecast revenue.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively overcome objections to secure appointments for the field sales team.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a hunger to earn a high Base + Bonus structure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
