Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, driving sales through personalized product recommendations and upselling techniques
- Manage cash operations accurately while maintaining secure cash handling procedures
- Process transactions efficiently across multiple payment systems including mobile wallets
- Execute nightly inventory counts, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure seamless store operations and security protocols
- Monitor sales floor conditions and address maintenance or safety concerns immediately
- Track customer preferences and purchasing trends to inform merchandising decisions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital payment platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve customer concerns independently
- Valid California driver's license (for potential inventory transport duties)
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and sales reporting
