Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through high-volume calling and email outreach.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal and onboarding.
- Enter accurate data into Salesforce CRM to track progress and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Handle inbound inquiries and maintain a professional, high-energy demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer service is a major plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to hit aggressive sales targets.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
