Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into sales through consultative selling techniques
- Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic follow-up and value-added communication
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and provide regular performance insights
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong analytical abilities to identify client needs and match with appropriate solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in overcoming objections
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
