- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, promotions, and company policies to answer customer inquiries accurately.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report market trends to store management to help improve service and inventory.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Availability: Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
