Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, ensuring product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and strategic product demonstrations
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Process returns and exchanges with professionalism and courtesy
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
