Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer assistance through product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive store presentation
- Actively drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and building client relationships
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
