Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet all customers warmly upon entering the store and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Sales Growth: Demonstrate products effectively, answer questions, and actively recommend add-on items to increase sales.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor by stocking shelves and organizing displays according to company standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and ensuring product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift light merchandise (up to 20 lbs).
