Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products to meet their requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and positive shopping experience, ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Transaction Handling: Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
