Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to determine their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through exceptional service and follow-ups.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
