Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Present and demonstrate products/services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
