Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Product knowledge and upselling: Educate customers on products and services to drive sales and achieve personal targets.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling returns efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by maintaining product displays and inventory standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
