What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending the best solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage & Consult: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive Sales: Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Build Relationships: Establish long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and visual merchandising standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
- Client Follow-Up: Process transactions efficiently and follow up with leads to convert interest into sales.
