Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Conduct needs analysis calls and professional product presentations to prospective clients.
- Close deals over the phone and email, managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance and lead quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in inside sales or B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong hunger to earn top-tier income.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation.
- Able to work full-time in our Kansas City office.
