Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned B2B technology accounts
- Conduct 15+ face-to-face client meetings weekly across the Greater Austin area
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling techniques
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and pipeline management
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver customized solutions
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing account relationships
- Participate in weekly team training and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record of uncapped commission earnings ($100k+ annually)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation skills with consultative selling approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience selling SaaS or enterprise technology solutions preferred
