Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Generation: Proactively engage customers, demonstrate products, and utilize sales techniques to meet and exceed daily revenue targets.
- Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring all displays are visually appealing and accurate.
- Operational Support: Assist with processing transactions accurately at the point of sale and handling cash and credit transactions.
- Inventory Management: Participate in regular stock counts, receiving shipments, and organizing back-of-house areas efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to ensure store operations run smoothly and support store goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic demeanor with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 15-25 hours per week.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25lbs, and perform light cleaning tasks.
