Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stock replenishment and display maintenance
- Actively identify upselling opportunities to meet/exceed daily sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Participate in product training to maintain current knowledge of merchandise features
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/card transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
