- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment procedures
- Contribute to team goals by achieving daily/monthly sales targets
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting room standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling POS transactions
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of fashion trends and retail merchandising a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
