We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Part-Time Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients in the Houston metropolitan area.
- Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and manage the customer onboarding process.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system regarding client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate local events and promotional activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
